Pinch blocks weren't annoying enough, apparently.

What It Is

A pinch block shaped like a jersey barrier. You know, those concrete things on highways that destroy cars and ruin commutes.

Now they destroy your fingers.

Why It's Stupid (In the Best Way)

The angles on this thing are ridiculous.

Most pinch blocks are flat. Predictable. Easy to program your grip around. The Jersey says "what if we made every surface fight you?"

Your fingertips land on the second angle and bend backward. You can't get full contact. You have to pinch at an angle or accept that half your finger pad is just... not participating. It's geometry designed by someone who hates comfort.

It's perfect.

What This Does to Your Pinch

Standard pinch blocks let you cheat with positioning. Find the sweet spot, settle in, grind reps.

The Jersey has no sweet spot. Every grip angle is weird. Your fingers are constantly adjusting, compensating, working harder just to hold on. That's the whole point.

You're not just training pinch strength — you're training adaptive pinch strength. The kind that matters when objects don't cooperate. When the rock face isn't flat. When real life gives you handles that suck.

How You'll Use It

  • Plate-loaded pinch holds — add weight, hate life
  • Timed hangs — see how long you last when nothing feels right
  • Carries — farmer walks but your hands are screaming in confusion
  • Pull-ups — if you're truly unhinged

Attach it to a loading pin. Grab it wrong (because there's no right way). Suffer correctly.

The Real Talk

This is not beginner-friendly. The angles make it harder than a normal pinch block of the same size. If you're new to pinch training, start somewhere else. If you've been pinching for a while and want something that'll actually challenge you differently, this is it.

3D printed. Solid. Won't break when you load it (your fingers might).

Available in colors that match road construction signage. Or don't. We're not the DOT.

Specs That Matter

  • Narrow end width: 1" / 25.4mm
  • Type: Angled pinch block
  • Attachment: Standard loading pin hole
  • Finger compliance: Zero
  • Vibe: Hostile infrastructure

*Do not use on highways.

Your fingers weren't ready. Grab one anyway.

Real Talk

Is 3D printed stuff strong enough?

Yeah. When designed right and printed right, this stuff is way stronger than you think. We test everything to withstand superhuman strength. If it can handle that, it can handle you.

Isn't plastic too slippery?

We coat everything with a clear epoxy-based anti-slip layer. It wants to rip the skin off your hands. So no, slippery is not the problem here.

Why PLA? Isn't PETG stronger?

PETG can take more stress, yeah. But when it fails, it explodes — little shrapnel bits everywhere. PLA breaks clean.
We test these things to failure. We know how they break. And when they do, PLA just snaps clean. No surprise shrapnel. Way safer.

Do you make custom stuff?

Sometimes. If you've got a weird idea for a grip tool and it's not totally insane, email us. We might build it. No promises, but we like weird.
