WhatIt Is

A v-bar grip shaped like a standard soda can. Because normal handles are boring and your hands deserve better entertainment.

66mm diameter × 122mm tall
(2.6" × 4.8" for you imperial types)

Thick. Awkward. Exactly what your grip needs.

Why It Exists

Standard v-bars are fine if you want to be standard. We don't do standard.

The Can forces your hand to work differently — that extra diameter turns a regular curl into a forearm cremation session. It's the difference between sipping and chugging. Between a handshake and a death grip.

What You'll Actually Use It For

  • Hammer curls — the classic, but thicker and meaner
  • Vertical lifts — deadlift accessories that make your hands question their life choices
  • Pull-up handles — hang from a pair and feel your fingers file a formal complaint
  • Anything cable-based — rows, face pulls, tricep work, chaos

Specs That Matter

    • Diameter: 66mm / 2.6"
    • Height: 122mm / 4.8"
    • Material: PLA (tough, durable, won't explode)
    • Attachment: Standard carabiner hole
    • Color: Available in colors that make other gym equipment look sad.

Real Talk

Is 3D printed stuff strong enough?

Yeah. When designed right and printed right, this stuff is way stronger than you think. We test everything to withstand superhuman strength. If it can handle that, it can handle you.

Isn't plastic too slippery?

We coat everything with a clear epoxy-based anti-slip layer. It wants to rip the skin off your hands. So no, slippery is not the problem here.

Why PLA? Isn't PETG stronger?

PETG can take more stress, yeah. But when it fails, it explodes — little shrapnel bits everywhere. PLA breaks clean.
We test these things to failure. We know how they break. And when they do, PLA just snaps clean. No surprise shrapnel. Way safer.

Do you make custom stuff?

Sometimes. If you've got a weird idea for a grip tool and it's not totally insane, email us. We might build it. No promises, but we like weird.

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
